KRITERIA UMUM : Pria/Wanita Pendidikan Terakhir Minimal SLTA/Sederajat Tinggi Badan minimal 160 Cm untuk Wanita dan 165 Cm untuk Pria dengan Berat Badan proporsional Usia 18 – 25 tahun (Maret 2010) untuk Initial Zero Hours dan maksimum 49 tahun (Maret 2010) untuk Recurrent, Requalifikasi dan Initial New Hire Berbadan Sehat, tidak berkaca mata /Lensa Kontak, tidak memakai kawat gigi Beragama Islam khusus untuk embarkasi Medan, Jakarta, dan Surabaya. Belum Menikah untuk Zero Hours (Belum mempunyai pengalaman kerja sebagai awak kabin)

KRITERIA KHUSUS : 1. Recurrent/Rec : Mempunyai pengalaman kerja sebagai awak kabin haji /awak kabin reguler Garuda Indonesia dengan masa berlaku licence/sertifikat sebagai awak kabin tidak lebih dari 12 bulan. 2. Requalifikasi/Req : Mempunyai pengalaman kerja sebagai awak kabin haji/awak kabin reguler Garuda Indonesia dengan masa berlaku licence/sertifikat sebagai awak kabin lebih dari 12 bulan. 3. Initial New Hire/Int : Mempunyai pengalaman kerja sebagai awak kabin haji/awak kabin reguler Garuda Indonesia atau penerbangan lain dengan masa berlaku licence/sertifikat sebagai awak kabin lebih dari 24 bulan. 4. Zero Hours/Zrh : Belum mempunyai pengalaman kerja sebagai awak kabin.
